Responsibilities

- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with future market shifts
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, SWOT)
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract trends into executable strategies
- Portfolio showcasing future-focused projects or thought leadership
