Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of 10+ engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions.
- Oversee the research and development of next-generation AI and automation frameworks.
- Identify emerging technologies (Quantum, AGI, Neural Interfaces) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects to successful completion.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
