Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar decisions across Fortune 500 enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) and their market impact through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive industry transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-readiness strategies
- Produce proprietary research reports on climate-tech convergence and ethical AI governance
- Design innovation sprints for clients exploring post-human economic models
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-era investment opportunities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and tech policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist or tech journals
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating abstract future concepts
