Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Create disruption mitigation and opportunity capture roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for board and investor communications
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state projects and trend analysis work
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
