Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused topics
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight findings into development lifecycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC preferred)
