- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with future market demands
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development cycles
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
