Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks mapping technology, economic, and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and innovation processes
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders including investors, partners, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives from conception to market launch
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation strategy (required portfolio submission)
