Responsibilities

- Develop scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Translate complex data signals into executive-ready strategic roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging business paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global futurism/innovation conferences
- Proficiency in futures research tools: Delphi method, cross-impact analysis, and systemic modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic foresight projects
