Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technologies and disruption risks
- Integrate foresight frameworks into R&D and product innovation cycles
- Author annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting future business models
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record advising C-suite on long-term technology strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Horizons scanning platform, SenseMaker)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
