- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives on 5-10 year horizon
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Pioneer NextGen Labs' 2026 'Future-Ready' certification program for clients
- Present strategic foresight findings to Fortune 500 executive boards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on market shifts
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, space tech, neurotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier business media
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite on transformational strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic initiatives implemented from foresight work
