Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and UN SDG goals
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Author thought leadership reports on future of work, human augmentation, and circular economy
- Advose C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ markets
- Manage external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial solutions
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published work on future trends or innovation strategy
