Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports published in industry journals
- Integrate futures thinking into organizational DNA through culture transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience with futures forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or related professional designation
