Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate resilience) to identify high-impact opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across healthcare, energy, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with future scenarios
- Author forward-looking white papers and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a $5M annual R&D fund for experimental projects in biotech and space technology
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and UN Global Futures forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Complex Systems Engineering
- 7+ years in strategic foresight roles at top-tier consultancies (McKinsey, BCG) or Fortune 100 companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on predictive analytics or scenario planning
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling framework (Bayesian networks, agent-based modeling)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing, or quantum cryptography
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Advanced Futures Methodology (AFM) or equivalent
