Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation products and services
- Design and facilitate immersive future scenario workshops with stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings using proprietary AI analytics
- Build and curate an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future possibilities into actionable business roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to synthesize disparate data points into coherent future narratives
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-focused initiatives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
