- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Establish KPIs for exponential technology adoption and market disruption forecasting
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Pioneer ethical governance frameworks for next-generation technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years foresight experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizons
- Deep expertise in exponential technology domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, nanotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures narratives
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Scenario Planning)
