Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Oversee the design and implementation of large-scale Generative AI models and Autonomous Agents.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and data governance within the organization.
- Mentor and coach a diverse team of Senior ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI Researchers.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into user-facing AI features.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization for global deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven experience in designing and deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, transformer models, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced startup environments.
