- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level vision into concrete technical specifications.
- Monitor global technology trends to provide strategic recommendations for competitive advantage.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for future tech adoption and innovation success.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on long-term architectural decisions.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological shifts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile environments and complex project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
