Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation strategies aligned with global market trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive forces and opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
