Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the company's 2026 technology roadmap and product vision.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors, and technological disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product) to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on potential impact and resource availability.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, or AR/VR) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
