Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering with published research in quantum/AI
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to 10M+ user bases
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Experience leading teams across 3+ continents in matrix organizations
- Deep knowledge of sustainable tech standards (ISO 14064, ESG frameworks)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
