Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the scalable architecture for next-generation neural networks and large language models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 standards.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum computing concepts into classical AI workflows to solve complex, unsolvable problems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine model inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time processing environments.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to incorporate into the product roadmap.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all deployed models adhere to the strictest ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-stakes technical issues under pressure.
