Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, metaverse) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes for disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation initiatives through pilot programs and strategic partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
