Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable Agentic AI frameworks capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution for the 2026 landscape.
- Spatial Computing Integration: Lead the integration of AI models into spatial computing environments, ensuring seamless user experiences across AR/VR devices.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), neural interfaces, and edge computing.
- System Optimization: Oversee the architecture of high-performance computing systems, optimizing for speed, efficiency, and ethical AI compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product roadmaps.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow). Experience with spatial computing APIs (WebXR, ARKit) is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think 3-5 years ahead, identifying trends that will impact the industry in 2026.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure) or AI Ethics are highly desirable.
