Responsibilities
- Architect and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI frameworks) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept implementations for breakthrough innovations
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of transformative technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI, or biocomputing
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
