Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI training datasets
- Design quantum-resistant security protocols for AI model deployment
- Collaborate with engineers to embed ethical safeguards in AI architecture
- Lead cross-functional committees establishing industry-wide AI standards
- Author transparency reports for regulatory bodies and public stakeholders
- Train AI teams on responsible development practices and ethical AI deployment
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update governance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias detection algorithms, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing security principles
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating AI ethics implementation projects
