Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 digital transformation initiatives
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Develop future-proof architecture frameworks for scalable enterprise solutions
- Present innovation briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile future-tech methodologies
- Author thought leadership papers on tech ethics and sustainable innovation
- Partner with academic institutions on cutting-edge R&D projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture frameworks
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
