Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science
- Track record of commercializing innovative technologies
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong network within venture capital and tech innovation circles
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
