Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- System Design: Define high-level system architecture, including microservices, distributed databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into our stack to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous standards for code quality, security, and performance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of architecting complex solutions for high-traffic applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
