- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Drive innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience with futures methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or product management preferred
