Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with market impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
