Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a long-term technical vision focused on emerging technologies, AI integration, and scalability.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture, mentoring senior engineers and guiding the technical direction of the team.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, cloud-native systems capable of handling future workloads and complex data challenges.
- Innovation Implementation: Identify and prototype next-generation technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Process Optimization: Establish best practices for code quality, deployment, and continuous integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to architect complex solutions for high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated success in navigating fast-paced, evolving tech landscapes.
