Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for pilot projects in sustainable tech verticals
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech foresight
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation governance
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature/IEEE)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Futures Studies (WFS) or Technology Foresight (TFI)
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging tech R&D programs
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 disruptive tech commercializations
