Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing future-proof product architectures and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains to build future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling innovative tech products from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent methodology training
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams across 3+ time zones
- Prior success in securing $10M+ in innovation funding or strategic partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
