As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll analyze emerging technologies, identify disruptive opportunities, and develop actionable strategies that will shape our product development for the next 5-10 years. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with market demands and long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate and prioritize technology investments
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with agile methodologies and product development cycles
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning (e.g., CTO Academy, IFT) preferred
