Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on $50M+ research initiatives for sustainable tech solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in R&D with 3+ years in strategic technology foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and sustainable architecture
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10M+ user impact
- Fluency in future-coding languages (Q#, Rust 2026, NeuralML)
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects (DOD/NSA level)
