- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption and adaptation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred

- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
