Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of proprietary AI agents and robotics frameworks targeting the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Conduct high-level research into emerging trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate futuristic AI capabilities into scalable production environments.
- Define and implement robust evaluation metrics for autonomous systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Prototype novel algorithms that solve complex, unstructured problems in real-time.
- Stay ahead of the curve on global tech advancements, patenting innovative solutions where applicable.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
