Responsibilities
- Architect scalable technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with strategic value
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Mentor innovation teams through rapid prototyping and validation cycles
- Present future technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with policy experts on responsible tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Certification in future studies or technology foresight methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with cross-industry innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
