Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen platforms (Web4.0, Neural Interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and sustainable technology frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
