Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent field
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech

- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous technologies
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell)
