- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and regulatory frameworks
- Lead vendor partnerships with quantum/AI startups and academic research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Manage prototype development cycles for next-gen solutions (IoT, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption metrics across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital communities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, MIT)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
