Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive applications of quantum computing, generative AI, and neurotech
- Present findings to stakeholders via compelling visualizations and scenario-based projections
- Manage a $2M annual innovation fund for pilot programs and prototyping
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups in frontier tech sectors
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling pilot programs to enterprise-level solutions
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFAI preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies with measurable ROI
