Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of tech startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
- Experience with open innovation models and corporate venture capital
