Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise AI systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces including legal, engineering, and policy experts
- Conduct risk assessments for AI deployments across 15+ industry verticals
- Develop audit protocols for algorithmic bias and transparency metrics
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
- Mentor ethics officers in satellite offices across North America
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI governance, regulatory affairs, or tech ethics leadership
- Published work on algorithmic fairness or responsible AI adoption
- Experience working with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Deep understanding of generative AI risks and mitigation strategies
