Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and global tech ecosystems
- Present future technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech frameworks within product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of technological foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services (2018-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, TOGAF) or equivalent
