- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 5+ year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary technology frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate future-ready talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional leadership skills managing cross-functional global teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and academic ecosystems
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
