You'll navigate the intersection of quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable innovation while building scalable frameworks for responsible adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future-facing products
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI and biotechnology implementation
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Proven track record of scaling technology adoption in enterprise environments
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
