Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends shaping 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching future-ready products/services
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Present compelling trend analyses and innovation proposals to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Drive cultural adoption of future-mindset across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, Technology Management)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
