Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with potential market impact by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across multiple business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in technology forecasting or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
