- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to align on future-proof business strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on 2026 technological paradigms
- Manage a $2M R&D portfolio for prototype development of next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight research team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of published future trend analyses with industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS or APF)
- Experience scaling foresight programs in high-growth tech environments
